We’ve been taught that bullies prey on the weak — but in the workplace, the opposite is often true.
The real targets?
The high performers.
The calm professionals.
The people whose integrity exposes everyone else’s lack of it.
Bullies don’t attack weakness — they react to strength. When you deliver results, stay composed under pressure, or challenge the unspoken politics of a toxic culture, you threaten the fragile egos that thrive in chaos.
These bullies often weaponize gossip, exclusion, and “performance nitpicking” to chip away at your confidence. And because they rarely act alone, the pattern can spread fast — what starts as subtle tension can grow into full-on mobbing.
But here’s the truth: you’re not powerless. Once you understand what’s happening, you can fight back with strategy, not emotion.
Document everything. Keep records of tone shifts, meetings, and exclusion patterns.
Respond with clarity. Stay factual and avoid emotional reactions, they can twist.
Reclaim your peace. Protect your energy while building your exit or escalation plan.
You don’t have to let toxic people write the story of your career.
That's why I created MOBBED: How to Survive a Hostile Work Culture. It shows you how to recognize the pattern, document the drama, and reclaim your power. Grab it here

I help women in male-dominated workplaces overcome bullying, beat stress and anxiety, and go from just surviving the workday to truly thriving from 9 to 5.
I worked as a Construction Project Manager in Corporate America for more than 20 years, so I know all too well the fear of participating in weekly meetings and dealing with a difficult boss.
It's my goal empower and guide women to thriving in any workplace even in a room full of men.
